• HSE statistics highlight two major concerns impacting manufacturing and industry – musculo-skeletal disorders (MSD) and stress management. These require Occupational Health (OH) intervention. Together these account for nearly 2/3 of cases referred.
• Ock Health’s well-established approach is to closely co-ordinate a case management process to ensure the employee’s potential for work is restored as quickly as possible. We support HR, local managers and the employee and remain impartial throughout the process. We assess the need for OH Advisor (OHA) or Specialist services and ensure allocation is made within 24 hours. We continue to co-ordinate and track the employee’s status using named OHAs dedicated to specific business sectors throughout the process.
• By providing a co-operative service using selected healthcare professional across the UK, we ensure that overheads are minimised. Administration is strictly controlled to ensure employer and employee receive a personal and responsive service at all times during the working week. OHAs and OH Practioners have been identified and are ready to be deployed to provide a first-class service to your business.
